I am a mother of two grown boys ages 24 & 21. I have been married to the same guy for 25 years. I am a tranplant recipent. I have had my kidney for 3 years. This is my 2nd one the first one lasted for 7 years and I was on dialysis for 10 years. My favorite thing to cook is just about everything. I love to make up recipes. My husband and kids never know what I will be serving. That fun to do! My mother in-law taught me alot of her family cooking she was full-blooded Italian. I really miss cooking with her! I also to make fried chicken from my grandmother on my mom's side. Trying to teach both of my daughter in-laws to cook. One seems to be catching on but the other not so much. both my sons do most the cooking though. I made a stir-fry and the sauce I made up of things I had in the refrigerator and one of the sauces was very hot and we could barely eat it. Other than that I can't really think of anything that was that bad of a tragedy.
