Campbell's® Slow-Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
Outrageous. This is the best chicken and dumpling recipe on here, in my opinion. I personally don't care for this type of dumpling, however, so I use spaetzles instead. You can find the recipe on here. Just a personal preference.

German Spaetzle Dumplings

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
Excellent. This recipe is exactly like my grandmother's except she didn't use nutmeg. I use it when I make this, but honestly, if you didn't have any it wouldn't make the biggest difference in the world. I also don't have any of the implements on hand to form the spaetzles so I cut small ones off the dough one at a time with a wet knife. I love to use spaetzles with the Campbell's chicken and dumplings recipe on here. It's wonderful!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
This recipe is probably incorrectly written, as the other reviewers suggest. A whole tablespoon of salt is entirely too much and ruined the recipe. I can't believe I was dumb enough to do that! I gave this recipe three stars because I believe it does have potential if the salt is reduced to a teaspoon. I will try it again.

Slow Cooker Marmalade Curry Chicken

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
Dredge the chicken and use the coconut milk as others have recommended. Do not use rounded or generous scoops of spices or this recipe will quickly become out of whack and overly spicy. (But then again, maybe you like a little extra spice. I do not.)

Awesome Korean Steak

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
Use reduced sodium soy sauce as this was a little salty, though still enjoyable. I added shrimp as well and it was teriffic. Don't worry if you don't have a butcher cutting the meat thinly. You can do it yourself and it will be fine. Overall this was great and satisfied our craving for Korean barbecue. Will be making again soon.

Decent as far as taste goes but gets five stars for being a cool parlor trick.

Flavorful! This is the best corned beef recipe out there. My boyfriend loved it and he detests corned beef and cabbage.

Tasty Sesame Tilapia

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
This is a good recipe. It's not very orangey, as other reviewers said. It's more nutty. There are so many redundant tilapia recipes out there -- this one was a welcome change. Will make again.

Curried Coconut Chicken

I liked this a lot. The only thing I changed is that I also added shrimp. It reminded me of Thai masaman curry. I'm contemplating adding potatoes next time.

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Simple and easy to make from things you probably already have on hand. Also fills the Shake and Bake craving perfectly, just not special enough for entertaining or worth talking about over the watercooler.
