Shrimp Kabobs

I used red bell peppers green peppers n onions didnt use the mushrooms or Italion salad dressing I sprayed Lightly with Olive Oil Spray each side the were awesome will make again

Garlic Butter Shrimp

I adjusted some ingrediants Instead of lemon Juice I used Basil Pesto I used garlic Powder instead of mincing garlic They Still came out great n delicous

Super Easy Salmon Cakes

I just finished making these n they r all gone I just adjusted some things instead of lemon pepper i used salt n pepper instead of green onions I used a regular onion I only used 2/3 cups of saltine crackers to mix. They came out lovely n tasted so good

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

Fry your chicken how you usually do instead of pouring the gravy over the chicken saute the fried chicken in your favorite gravy and have onins in it as well saute the onions in the drippings from the chicken you just fried and make your gravy oh so delicious my family never leaves any on their plates serve over mash potatoes rice or whatever you have handy my family loves have them on sub rolls as well great n delicious enjoyed

Awesome Fried Chicken

The Trick for making good Southern Fried Chicken is the seasonings as well as if you can shaking in a paper bag put all your seasonings in a paper bag with self rising flour and 1 pack of sazon .. clean your chicken pat dry mix in all your seasonings that you n your family enjoys you can use some mustard as well not spicy mustard regular frenchs mustard let marinate for 15 minutes in the fridge dont use buttermilk if you want you can go ahead but dont use the mustard after the 15 minutes shake off shake in paper bag only if you have make sure you shake off some flour you dont want thick flour patches on your chicken and deep fry drain on paper towels and enjoy your chicken Family will just want some more

Simply Lasagna

I made this last night But added 2 extra cheeses It was Amazing there is no more left family and friends enjoyed it and loved it I also Cooked My Noodles Al Dente so It wouldnt have to cook that long and I put 2 tablespoons of Basil Pesto in the Ricotta Cheese and I used preggo Sauce n added 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to it. And I didn't reheat the meat sauce when i added the spagetti sauce because it cooks again while in the oven and i put a long alumium pan of water in the oven while the lasagna cooked at the top so it wouldnt be a mess and it was so moist meaty and chessy we Loved it will be making this dish again

Campbell's® Honey Barbecued Ribs

I enjoyed this recipe The only thing I changed I didnt use the ribs I used Pork Lion Center Chops, I sliced Them Like Ribs instead of Boiling I Sauted the meat in olive oil, After That I dipped them in the sauce and than I baked them in the oven instead of on the grill they came out so tender and so good it was finger licking good me and husband didnt even use any napkins we were licking our fingers. The Sauce is great saved some of the sauce so I can make with some Baked chicken Breast will let you know How they come out.

Sweet Potato Pie I

I always Let my mother cook my sweet potato pies But I wanted to try myself and I tried this recipe last night instead of making this recipe for 1 pie I made it for 2 and Me and my Husband ate a whole pie with butter pecan ice cream. It was great will contie using this recipe only thing I did was I used Deep Dish Pie Shells and it still came out great I used half a cup of brown sugar with 1 cup of white sugar, Next time I want to try it with carnation milk instead of regular milk.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Banana Pudding III

I had this Recipe from My Mother for like 9 years now it is the BEST.. I dislike the Bake Banana Pudding my sisters love it.. I live in Florida and my Husband is a very picky eater and I do mean Picky My Brother in law came from London and my sisyer in law and her Husband from Antigua and i decided to make this recipe.. Low and Behold.. They just wanted a spoonful and I said trust me you will want more.. And I couldnt beleive my eyes.. They were arguing about who is going to get the last spoon I made it just the way my mother gave me the recipe.. Also I decided to make it when I visted New York and my step daughter.. She is 1 years old and she wouldnt eat for noone.. I decided to give her a bowl and I sat her at the table.. And when she was finished she cried for more.. I was happy she enjoyed herself and plus I love when the children eat I decided to put a taste on her vegetables and she ate it and you know as a parent how hard it is sometimes to get kids to eat vegetables.. I didnt add nothing and I didnt take nothing away.. It is the best.. I should know I have a lot of picky eaters in my family.. Thank You Moms for this Recipe You are the best.. Yvette
