Crock-Pot® Chicken Chili

Hello everyone I am the original poster of this recipe. and i just wanted to say that I have never added a can of diced tomatoes with green chile peppers. its always just been a can of diced tomatoes and then a jar of green salsa. I dont know why that was added to this recipe.Just wanted to let you all know. thanks Glad you guys are liking it.

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Slow Cooker Chicken

Tried this yesterday and to be honest when mixing it together I thought I would need to get a pizza cause it did not look like it would be that good. Came home and it smelled wonderful. Only difference I made is using Macaroni noodles because I was out of Angel hair. The kids and hubby devoured it! I think I will stick with Macaroni noodles instead since it just tasted great with them. Thank you for a great recipe.

Mushroom Melt Stuffed Chicken

Made this to go with a ham for Easter brunch and even though I doubled the batch there was nothing left. My family attacked them and then asked for more. I did everything exactly according to the recipe except for the cheese I used Provolone slices and I made a sauce to go on top that enhanced the flavors even more. Sooo so good will be making this quite often.

Easy Mushroom Rice

Loved love loved this recipe! I don't like canned mushrooms so I did slice fresh mushrooms and onions and sautéed all together then mixed it and threw it in the oven. Made this for Easter Brunch and there was nothing left. now I did have to cook about 10 minutes longer than stated but that's probably just my oven. This will definitely be part of the rotation in the house. My eldest son hates mushrooms and picked them all out but said he loved the flavor. Didn't really need to add extra salt because there is a lot in the French Onion soup. SO easy and really really good.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Tried this yesterday for the first time and WE LOVED IT!!!! I did add a dash of vanilla and I didn't lattice the crust and I mixed the apples with the caramel but it was sooooo good I was licking the caramel out of the pan.. Was so good and I will be making this over and over. Thanks for such a great recipe

Chicken Marsala Florentine

I was really expecting a 5 star recipe but no one cared for the sauce at all.. My kids and hubby liked the chicken but the sauce was just bland. I always make the recipe the way it states the 1st time then if I don't like it I make changes but I just don't care for this one. The tomatoes I don't usually use so I did have to make a trip for them but I wont make this again. sorry.

Spaghetti Carbonara I

Ok never been to Italy, but my grandmothers 100% Italian and she loved it she said its not the same but still very good. and any recipe with bacon is going to be high in fat. Its bacon!? Hello? My kids, hubby and grandma loved it.. wont make it all the time but it will be made again.

Monkey Bread I

My kids devoured this bread! Loved it. I used a bundt pan cause I dont have a tube pan and 3 cans was the perfect amount only thing I didnt do was use the nuts due to my daughter being allergic. It was so good and sweet!! Was enough sauce.. This one is defintely something I will be making again and again.. I can see this being something I make every year for Xmas morning. Thanks so much for this recipe!

Hasselback Potatoes

Kids loved these! and hubby asked for them 2 days in a row which he never does. only difference is I used Seasoning salt and no bread crumbs cause i didnt want to run to the store also left the skins on taste so much better that way. The spoon trick is great!! thank you for putting that in there saved so much time. Great recipe definitley a keeper.

White Bean Chicken Chili

Made this Sat and I was amazed. I threw all of this in a crock pot and cooked on low for about 8 hours then shredded the chicken breasts and it was sooo very good!!! I had never tried a white chili before so I didnt know what to expect but this will definitly be made again. Only difference was instead of the tomatillo's I threw in 3/4 a jar of Salsa verde and topped it off with sour cream and cheese. Hubby wasnt keen on trying it said it looked weird but tasted great!!! Perfect kick on spices...

OREO Triple-Layer Chocolate Pie

Tried this one for Thanksgiving and boy was it a hit! My kids loved it. I did cheat and use a cookie crust already made but I had no problems with the layers.. Will be making this one often!!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

My family LOVED this recipe!! Even my husband who doesn't care much for Cauliflower. The only difference is I added some Chili powder for color and a hint of spice. Will b making this again.

Pork, Broccoli and Rice Casserole

No one in my family liked this recipe, it was very blad and the rice turned to mush after an hour in the oven. The pork was really tender. but thats about it. Will not make again. Sorry.
