Asparagus, Potato, and Onion Frittata

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
I made this recipe for my dads birthday. I changed it a bit. He likes sausage and prefers Spanish. It worked out great! I added a little bit more of everything. I also added some uncle tonys to spice it up. I needed to feed a lot of people.I also added some swiss cheese. I was worried about is burning so I cooked it covered for 20 mins and then uncovered for 8 mins.

Turkey Burgers with Brie, Cranberries, and Fresh Rosemary

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2009
These were good- I added more cheese then the recipe called for. It still needed more, and more cran. I added 1/2 a cup of bread crumbs to the recipe because I seemed too moist. Even with the added texture I had trouble trowing them on the grill. The turned out good once I got them to work.

Black Bean Avocado Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2009
I don't like spicy things so i didn't add the jalapenos at all.. it was GREAT! so fresh and light yet hardy. This is a great make again. I think i'll add grilled shrimp next time.

Easy Mint Chip Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2009
This was great- easy and everyone loved it. The entire party asked me for the recipe. I couldn't get over how few ingredients it used. I didn't have mini chips so i just used reg., it still turned out great.

Lazy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: May 29, 2009
Super easy! Taste was great, everyone had seconds, and thirds! I used different cheeses because I had some aged sharp cheddar on hand and I used sliced American (I just broke it up, kinda) DONT forget to let it sit for a little while. I made the dish at my house and it looked like it wasnt done. BUT by the time I got to the party it was all firmed up!

Joelle's Famous Hot Crab and Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
The dish wasn’t bad but I would call it good ether. The dip was forgettable and kind of boring. As a Marylander I was disappointed in the flavor.( I don’t like spice but I needed more flavor) I took this dish to a cook out and baked it off in the hostess oven. HUGE fail, it made a mess of her oven. The dip bubbled over. I was disappointed in my choice of recipe. The recipe is also super expensive to make, there is no way that many different kinds of cream and cream products are necessary.

Raspberry-Glazed Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: May 21, 2009
this is like an idiot proof recipe. I made it with my bf and spilled over 1 tablespoon of black pepper in it and forgot to add in all the rosemary and it still turned out. It would have been better with out all that pepper but we both still ate it and enjoyed it.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
easy recipe- my friends and i made it for a dinner party. It was the first time my boyfriend had ever tried fish HE LOVED IT. it was easy to make, looked great on the plate and tasted wonderful. We will defiantly make this again. Because this recipe was so easy we were able to make more of the sauce as needed, it made a great glaze.
