Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2011
I halved the recipe and it still made a HUGE and delicious loaf... it was the prettiest bread EVER i am not a bread baker... most of my breads fail BUT this recipe ROCKS I even used fat free soy milk in the recipe! it turned out SO well it really was the highlight of my families Easter table. (for me at least)

Fortune Cookies I

You don't need to add butter just spray your pan. Make sure you use an even pan, mine are all bent and it did effect the cookies. You have to work fast but the job is easier if you wear gloves... i have a pair of "dish gloves" that i use only for food projects.. they worked great! Oh and double the recipe--- because some of your cookies will not work out...

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

I make these all the time. People always ask me for the recipe. They are so easy and so much cooler then just plain brownies... GREAT for partys, I even sometimes ice them when I really want something rich.

Lemon and Herb Risotto Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
I saved this recipe last year. My father birthday was yesterday and I finally found an opportunity to use this recipe. I wanted to make something light, and bright to combat the incredibly sad weather we are having on the east coast right now… WOW this recipe did not disappoint. I was so impressed. This tasted like awesome slow made risotto and it was supper easy. I love risotto and I will probably never make the slow stove top version again… Why waste the time? Let the oven do the work! I doubled the recipe, but still used the same sized pan. It turned out light and fluffy. The leftovers were the perfect light lunch. I still have all the ingredients and I am going to make more of this latter this week… Everyone asked for the recipe because it was so super easy and so super good. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

Sweet and Savory Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
If you are not following the steps I really don’t think it is fair for you to rate the recipe. All reviews are helpful, but rating a recipe poorly after you clearly state that you didn’t follow the steps seems a little unfair.

Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
I used the bag method. It worked great, but i had to add a lot of extra flour. I served it with a cream sauce but i think that butter and cinnamon would have been better.

Gnocchi I

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
this worked great- i doubled the recipe and froze half. Advice for those planing to freeze- Lay the gnocchi on a cookie sheet in a flat layer. Put the cookie sheet in freezer for about 10 mins. Then you can put them in a bag and they will keep for months!

Bagels I

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
WOW- these turned out great! I am really bad at making bread of any kind and these actually turned out! I made the dough on Friday and boiled and backed them on Saturday. I topped them with all kinds of stuff. (cinnamon sugar, Italian seasoning, french onion soup mix) I followed the boil directions listed in the "forming and baking bagels" directions on here. I topped the bagels before i baked them.
