Sour Cream Chicken Paprika

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
This is rich, easy to make and tasty. I ate this over brown rice. It makes for a fantastic meal. I also added peas because I love peas. It would have been good without them too...but I LOVE peas with my chicken.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
This was fantastic and easy to make. I used the Microwave Baked Potato recipe to cook the potatoes. I followed the recipe exactly and was apprehensive that it would come out lacking flavor. How wrong I was. The bacon on top makes this recipe sing, but the soup base itself was fantastic. This soup is good enough to rival any restaurant and is fast and easy to make. I think next time I will use more flour to thicken it a little more. I personally like my fatty soups to have a thick fatty consistency!

Hawaiian Bread I

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2010
My man LOVES this bread and cries for it all the time. I have to use vanilla instead of coconut extract because for some reason he doesn't like coconut. I add a little more milk than what is called for so it comes out softer and is almost doughy around the edges...that's how we roll in our house! This is a great sweet bread recipe that is super easy but makes me look like a #1 baker. Thanks so much for posting this Teresa!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
I have made this many times and shared it. This soup is awesome and easy to make. Everyone loves it. For all of you haters that whine about the ingredient list calling for canned broth and chilies...the important word is EASY. Some of us have full time jobs and like to be able to throw stuff together quickly. I'm sorry, I love cooking and eating, but I am not wasting my weekend slaving over the stove to make my own enchilada sauce and chicken broth. While I am sure this recipe would be even better with fresh beans, broth, chilies and all is fine the way it is! Rock on poster and much love to this easy to make and easy to modify recipe!
