Jewel's Watermelon Margaritas

DELICIOUS!!! Thanks to other's suggetions, I froze the watermelon and used no ice (great idea!). Also added Triple Sec. My guests and I all thought it was the best margaritas we have ever had! My new favorite summer drink! Thanks for the recipe!

Grilled Soy-Sesame Asparagus

Sorry, didn't like it at all. I LOVE grilled asparagus but definitely did not like this marinade. I will stick to olive oil and sea salt from now on.

Baked Yam Fries with Dip

When I saw the recipe, YAM FRIES, I got all excited, as I love yams. Because they are called "fries", I expected them to be similar in texture to french fries, but the texture of these are like mashed potatoes - very soft. Which was very disappointing. I made them a second time tonight and had the same result as the first time. After 25 minutes at 350, I put them under a broiler for 5 minutes but even that didn't help to crisp them up.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Made this tonight for dinner and was extremely disappointed. I thought the sauce was awful. Am dumbfounded at the 4 1/2 star rating. I don't know why I even tried it, as I have a recipe for a marinated pork tenderloin that blows my socks off. I will post it on Monday for you all and if 100% of you don't agree that it beats this recipe by a mile, I will eat my socks! Please look for Maple-Orange Pork Tenderloin, you HAVE to try it. It is one of the best meals I have ever had in my life.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I'm sorry, but I thought this was the worst thing I have ever made. It was extremely spicy and the color was a real turn-off.I made a double batch as I had 40 people coming for a party, and it was barley touched. What a waste of time and money. As far as I was concerned, it was inedible, so I am shocked at the reviews.
