Baby Back Ribs
Made this today and it was a HUGE hit! I'm sure the recipe is great as written, but I did make a few adjustments-- I rubbed the ribs with Montreal Steak Seasoning prior to oven-roasting-- and for the sauce, as other reviewers have noted, I substituted bottled BBQ sauce for the ketchup, and I increased the brown sugar to 2/3 cup. My husband asked me to make this our new standard for BBQ ribs. He's picky, so that's a big endorsement!!!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Liked this quite a bit. I had only 4 hours to marinate, but still a lot of flavor. it was too cold to grill outside, so I started cooking in a grill pan on the stovetop, about 4 minutes per side-- then finished it in the oven (at 350 for about 15 minutes).

Baked Pineapple Casserole
Followed the recipe as written. The flavor was good, maybe just a little too sweet for us. We didn't care at all for the bread-pudding-ish texture. I think it's a good dish-- just not suited for my family's likes. Thanks, tho-- it was fun to try.
