Baby Back Ribs
Made this today and it was a HUGE hit! I'm sure the recipe is great as written, but I did make a few adjustments-- I rubbed the ribs with Montreal Steak Seasoning prior to oven-roasting-- and for the sauce, as other reviewers have noted, I substituted bottled BBQ sauce for the ketchup, and I increased the brown sugar to 2/3 cup. My husband asked me to make this our new standard for BBQ ribs. He's picky, so that's a big endorsement!!!
