The only thing I did differently was to add a bit of cheddar cheese to the meat, and I didn't have Worchestershire so I used steak sauce. I may use more tomato sauce next time. This is your basic stuffed pepper recipe, delicious!

Goat Cheese and Tomato Pizza

This is possibly the BEST pizza I've ever had! My boyfriend and I positively loved it. The sauce is fabulous. I added some roasted red peppers from a jar, and spinach as well. I also had some extra dough, so I stuffed the crust with goat cheese. Definitely will make this again!

Grilled Pork Chops with Fresh Nectarine Salsa

Loved the flavors of this salsa, it is so light and fresh and summery. I used a different pork rub, but kept the salsa exactly the same. Bet it tastes great on chicken too.

Sweet Potatoes 'n' Pears

Assuming you like sweet potatoes, it is very good. I substituted some splenda for half the brown sugar and only used a few tbsp butter. Loved the pear flavor.

Easy Lasagna II

This lasagna recieved rave reviews, "best lasagna I ever had!" I used fat free cottage cheese which made it a bit runnier. I also cooked the noodles al dente beforehand. Delicious!

Colombian Chicken

The chicken came out very tasty and tender, I added some chicken spices to marinate it in for about 3 hours. However, there was too much juice. Should have added some flour or sugar to thicken it up. Serving over rice would also be a good idea.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Definitely should have read the other reviews first, way too much cream cheese and sour cream. But the taste was still delightful, if you cut those two ingredients in half it would probably be the best non-restaurant stroganoff I've ever had.

Multigrain Pancakes

They were very tasty and smelled great, but dry. The only thing I changed was to add twice the wheat flour and no cornmeal. I will make these again, but add extra yogurt and/or milk.
