I did not make the topping (I was out of butter,) so I just sprinkled a little sugar and brown sugar on top. They turned out wonderful, and so easy to make!

Root Beer Float Cake II

It turned out very good, but I only gave it 3 stars because I made 2 changes. I made as is, but when it was done I poked holes in the cake and poured a mixture of 1 cup powered sugar to 1/2 cup of root beer(maybe it was a little more root beer I just eye balled it) over the top. I made my frosting with 1 box instant vanilla pudding mixed with 1 cup milk then folded in 1 tub of cool whip.

Apple Crisp II

I love apple crisp so much, and i have always just free handed it before, but this time I decided to follow a recipe. I picked this one because of all the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did, it turned out perfect! I did make more topping.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Very good, I will make again! I did add some minced garlic, garlic salt, beau monde seasoning and I peeled and diced 1 potato. I felt it could use just a little more sauce, but maybe that just because I added the potato. Next time I might add portabella mushrooms, I think that would taste nice. Oh and I used caned peas, I didn't have any frozen ones, just don't boil them with the chicken and veggies. Thanks for the recipe, it was wonderful!

Frosted Banana Bars

Wonderful...so soft and moist, I had a hard time keeping my hands off of them! I did change one thing, I made my own cream cheese frosting : * 1/2 cup of butter (1 stick), room temperature * 8 oz of Philly cream cheese (1 package), room temperature * 2 - 3 cups of powdered sugar * 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract With an electric mixer, mix the butter and cream cheese together, about 3 minutes on medium speed until very smooth. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl to ensure even mixing. Add the vanilla extract and mix. Slowly add the powdered sugar. Keep adding until you get to desired sweetness. use less sugar if you like more of a cheese flavor or more sugar for a sweeter flavor, I add about 1/4 cup of sugar at a time until I get the flavor just right!

Nacho Cheese Sauce

Pretty good and easy to make, my 8yr old made this with me...we poured it over chips and taco seasoned ground beef and it was good! Great when you got that craving for salty crappy nachos...But I think I gained 10 lbs. after eating this hehe :D
