Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta
I substituted the sun-dried tomatoes with canned "Italian Style" tomatoes and used linguine noodles and it turned out beautiful! I will be adding this recipe to my routine.

My Best Clam Chowder
So delicious! So simple. I used red potatoes, and added a leek. I also used 3 strips of bacon as per suggested and softened the veggies in the bacon grease before adding the clam juice from the cans. I used 4 cans of clams, 2 minced and 2 chopped, because we like the clam flavor. I used flour instead of cornstarch and added milk since it thickened up quite a bit. Old Bay Seasoning and the red vinegar really made it sing. So good and so filling! Served with an artisan crusty bread and the whole family gobbled it up.

Sweet Potato Soup
Turned out pretty yummy!!! I followed the recipe mostly, but added: leeks, celery, an apple, two pears, and green onions and nixed the white potatoes doubling the sweet potatoes instead. Trying to pack it with more veggies. I used Splenda brown sugar instead to cut calories. I served with a balsamic salad, and a fresh loaf of rosemary artisan crusty bread. Thanks for sharing this! My whole family loved it.
