Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
Very tasty item. Both my son and I enjoyed it. I also tweaked it a bit by adding mushrooms and carrots. Next time I'll add zucchini since I didn't have any this time. I simmered the chicken on a low flame a little longer while I covered the skillet. It helps the chicken absorb the chili flavor while keeping it moist. Definitely a good spice to the dish.

Banana Pancakes II

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
We did not care for this recipe. We felt that the pancakes were too dense and heavy, while we prefer light and fluffy pancakes. We will not be using this recipe again.

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
This was a very easy and tasty recipe. Chicken Marsala is one of my favorite dishes when at an Italian restaurant and now with this recipe I can make it just as good. My kids and boyfriend thought it was very good. I will add this to my special dish nights.

The Best Bean and Ham Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
This was one of the easiest recipes for soup I have ever made. I decided to put mine in a crock pot so that it could cook all those hours while I was at work. My kids were not too sure about it due to the way the crock pot was smelling (think it's the chemicals on the outside of the pot) but everyone agreed that it was the best soup they have ever tasted. I will definitely make it again, but I may try to limit the # of broth cans and use more water instead.

I am so glad I found this recipe. It was so easy and tasted so good. Everyone in my family just loved it. The smell of the pretzel crust was just awesome. I will make this again and again.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2003
I really enjoyed this dessert. It's so easy and the softened graham crackers makes this taste like a real eclair. The only changes I made were French vanilla pudding and I melted the can of chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until it was easy to stir. This way I just poured the frosting on, smoothed it out a little and chilled it for a few hours. Perfect.
