Absolutly delightful! I hate,HATE,hate the Wilton buttercream frosting recipe. I was using another with all butter for a truly "buttercream" icing. It tastes wonderful but gets too soft for decorating details. This is the best of both worlds. I now have a buttercream recipe that I can say that I love! Also, the first batch I made was with the cream which is a great addition, the second batch I didn't have the cream so I made it with milk. It still came out perfect, although not quite as rich tasting. So, FYI, if you don't have the cream, still try this one with milk. You won't be sorry!
