Albondigas
Amazing soup. I did modify it a bit though. Used Chicken bouillon instead of beef bouillon, no milk, and rolled rice into the meat so it cooks with it. I also didn't have salsa, but adding a small can of tomato sauce to it worked just fine. Also, I suggest adding some seasoning to the meat while rolling it with cilantro, salt & pepper work fine. Add a tiny bit of rice to the soup, not much, maybe 1/4 a cup, or it sucks up the juice. Tastes amazing!

Morelos Salsa Verde
I tried this, but compared to the canned salsa verde, which I've used to make this super fast instead of from scratch, the taste is bland and tastes like leafy vegtables. The canned has a more chili taste but both were spicy. Maybe I need to learn how to pick different fresh tomatillos, it lacked in the flavor I'm used to for salsa verde.

Pasta and Garlic
I tried this without modifying it. It was really plain and the garlic pieces were the best part. I don't know why, but it was just very bland for me. I added salt, pepper and parmesan just as it said, to taste, but it doesn't help. I expected it to taste more like the boxed kind of Garlic and Olive Oil pasta which is what I wanted, but it doesn't at all taste like it. It's good, just not very exciting.
