Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2013
Since my bananas were smaller I used three and a half and I added a couple splashes of vanilla. This was fantastic!!!

Quick Chicken Piccata

Reviewed: May 19, 2012
Was very easy to make and delicious. If you are not a lemon fan it may be to strong for you. I served it with pearled couscous and would recommend pouring the sauce on the plate, not on the chicken as it soaks in a leaves the last bites less crunchy!

Fluffy French Toast

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
My husband says this is the best french toast he has ever had! I will say that since I use extra thick homemade bread the quantities are a little off but the recipe itself is perfect!

Pork, Pear and Walnut Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This was a great recipe! I seasoned the pork with sea salt and ground pepper before cooking it. I also substituted pecans for walnuts as my husband doesn't care for walnuts. Then I added some goat cheese crumbles as was suggested in another review and it turned out fantastic!

Almond Kisses

These cookies were great except that 30 minutes was way to long to set the timer to! At about 12 minutes they were done I believe. I'll make them again for sure and watch the timer better because they ended up a bit burnt :(

Pecan Crusted Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
Super simple and very tasty. I also added brown sugar to the pecan mixture and I thought that made a positive impact on the overall flavor. My husband and I both thought that it could still use a little more flavor though so next time I will make a fruit compote to go with it.

Welsh Rabbit

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
I liked this recipe but I had to add the flour after the milk and would recommend sifting the flour first as well. Also as written it was a little bland so I increased the amounts of cayenne, worchestershire, and dry mustard to taste and would probably add more next time! I also recommend turning the heat up to low/med or medium even depending on your stove top. Overall though a good base recipe.
