Taco Potato Shells

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
So AWESOME!! A new favorite in our family for sure. It gave the kind of getting boring taco or burrito dinners a whole new twist. The potato had a yummy crunch from the baking prior to the filling and I was surprised how well the potato just gave taco meat a whole new life. I thought it was really simple to prepare and did not take me long at all, especially when I just threw together a salad and the whole meal was done in no time. The 2nd go around I added some corn and black beans for more nutrients and everyone still loved it! Thanks for the great recipe :)

Asparagus Chicken Divan

Reviewed: May 4, 2010
This truly amazed me since it seemed an odd combination of ingredients, but my goodness it was so heavenly!! We are huge asparagus eaters here and it is just the perfect veggie for this combination of flavors. I wouldn't dare change a thing as it is perfect as is...and a really great company dinner to boot as it is delicious and not too time consuming and can easily be adjusted to fit any size dinner party. Thank you so much for posting!! Oh yeah, it also got rave reviews from all 5 of my kids aged from 6 to 21 and also loved by my hubby!!

Stuffed Baby Yorkies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
When I first took these out of the oven they smelled kind of eggy and I wasn't too sure about the texture but.........Wow!! I have never had Yorkshire pudding before so I can't compare but they are so good! They almost end up like a dumpling, it was amazing that something so good could come from so few ingredients!!

Alison's Colcannon

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
I have made this twice now and I have to say this is really delicious!! The combo of the potatoes and cabbage is perfect and something different yet so easy to make. It is a great dish for any meal but of course anything Irish, German or the like! I halved the recipe and made coleslaw with the rest of the cabbage. Thanks for the great recipe!!

World's Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
My family loved this salad, I thought it was a a little too sweet, but that's just me. I was able to make it less sweet with some more vinegar, salt and lessening the sugar. It was by far the creamiest salad recipe I have ever tried and will for sure use again!

Kringla II

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
If you love Scandinavian cooking this is a great recipe. My husband who grew up with Swedish mother and grandmother loved this! It is not a quick recipe so you will need to have plenty of time to make these. I wouldn't make this often but maybe once a year for Christma for a treat!
