Bean Salsa Dip

Baked Ziti I

Loved this! While browning the meat, I added onion, green and red peppers, minced garlic, italian seasoning, a dash of worcester sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Since my grocery store was out of ziti noodles, I bought rotini, and it was just as good. I layered as suggested in the recipe. I couldn't get provolone cheese, so I bought an italian mix which contained provolone, parmesan, emmental, and mozzarella. On top, I sprinkled crushed red pepper flakes. Everyone really enjoyed it. I cut the recipe in half and there was still too much! I'll make it for a potluck next time, where there'll be more people!

Pillow-Soft Dinner Rolls

I made these for supper tonight with homemade soup. They were delicious. I used an egg wash before baking, and brushed with butter when I took them out. I loved them and will use this recipe again! Thanks! :)

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

This was wonderful!! I made it for a side dish at my Dad's birthday bbq and it was the talk of the party! Everyone loved it and was asking for the recipe. I adjusted the herbs and garlic, added much more than called for, and added about a cup of the white wine, 2 cans of garlic and olive oil tomoatoes, and a pound of frozen shrimp. The feta that I used was sundried tomato and basil feta. The dish was to die for! Thanks for such a great recipe :)

Marshmallow Treats

These have always been my favorite cookie. I add 2 tablespoons of milk and a splash of vanilla once the marshmallows begin to melt. Yum!

Carrot, Potato, and Cabbage Soup
