Yum! I used 1 can of drained garbanzos, 4 cloves of garlic, the juice of a small lemon, 2T tahini, extra virgin olive, a little dried parsley, the paprika. Added 1/4 c roasted red pepper, a couple of dashes of cumin, a dash of cayenne, a small amount of the garbanzo bean liquid. Forgot about the salt and did NOT miss it.
This was super easy to make with a stick blender. I used a garlic press for the garlic as I wasn't sure how finely the stick blender would chop it.
The only thing is: Now I have garlic breath! :O
