Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

This is a great recipe! I couldn't belive the results were so good from just the three ingredients ( i added two eggs to mine) I drizzled it with just a little bit of icing and delish! This is going to be a great dessert to make for a quick fix in the future!

Pumpkin Cake II

This was amazing! I couldn't stop eating the muffins. It is super moist and the flavor is perfect! I did decrease the sugar to 1/2 c and used 15oz of pumpkin. Also added 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cloves and 1 tsp nutmeg. I will definently be making this again for the holidays!!!!

Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Herbed Pepper Rub

Amazing! I halved the pepper like othes suggested. I placed it on a bed of onions and cooked for around and hour and 10 min for my 1.6 lb pork loin. I sprinkled the extra spices on the onions. I cut it about 3/4 of the way thru cooking to let some of the juices out. The carmelized onions were amazing and the pork had great flavor!

Shrimp Egg Foo Yung

These were very good. Next time I will add more onion. My sauce turned out like sauce...not like gravy but it still added a nice flavor to them. The bean sprouts were good in these cuz they didn't have that really earthy flavor. I will def make these again.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

It was pretty easy to make. I thought it was very good...but not amazing like I was hoping. I made it for a larger crowd, so I increased the amounts. It was watery at the end but the chicken was tender and everyone said it was good. it is def an easy recipe when making food for a crowd!

Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach

Like others I substituted all the butter and sauteed the onion and garlic in olive oil. And used spray butter on top before baking them. I didn't add bacon or cheese, and they were still very good. So I know they would have been 4 stars if I had inculeded them! This is definitely going in my favorites!

Best Beef Dip Ever

This is an amzing recipe! I have been using this as a base for months now! I use two cans beef broth and a little water to make sure it is mostly covered. I just coat the meat in the soy sauce. Don't leave out the bay leaves! Also I have tried dried basil and it works good too!It usually sits in the crock pot for 10 hrs and falls apart when I go to take it out! Perfect!

Pork Cabbage Saute

This recipe was very good! I used ground pork and i thought it was a little too greasy, (but still good)so I will make sure and use sliced pork chops next time. I also think if I carmelized the onions a bit before putting the cabbage in it would add more flavor. Overall a very good recipe!
