Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Yummy....The whole family loves these! Yes, I did cut the butter to 2 TBS and used out favorite Lite Ranch. What a Great & Easy Recipe....Thanks!

Made this for my mom's birthday party and everyone loved it. It ws soooo yummy! I was glad to find something lower in fat and calories compared to some recipes I looked at- most are double to triple the calories and fat per serving. And this is so good-you would never know I picked for being Healthier !!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Awesome recipe. I expected the canned chicken to be gross--I always use the real thing. Noone knew the difference and my co-workers all begged for the recipe. As much as I like the original recipe--I did want a bit more zing for my husband who loves spicy--so I added a packet of dry McCormicks White Chicken Chili mix. Made it even better !!!!
