When I first read this recipe I thought it was a really interesting idea and one that I really wanted to try. However, I didn't have any cake mix in the house - I did have an extra box of brownie mix sitting in my cabinet, though. I tried a 19.25 oz box of fudge brownie mix, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup of oil, 1/2 cup of flower, and some M&M's. The experiment was a success - I baked them at 350 for 10-12 minutes, and they are gooey, and soft and brownie-like but in cookie form! No fighting with cutting brownies from the pan! :)
