Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I really like these muffins. My usual muffins are from the recipe moms zucchini bread but this one comes close to it! I like d that the muffin is loaded with fiber. I substitued the oil for a combinatgion of applesauce, pumpkin, and some carrot. I basically threw together some leftover things. It came out great. Will make again!

Pumpkin Pancakes

these were delicious! i made them with 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup all purpose and used 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. i will make these again. i usually make pancakes forthe week and freeze them so i can reheat in microwave everyday along with some turkey bacon. I have a healthy and homemade breakfast everyday!

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

great basic recipe. used 1 can black beans, 1 can of red beans. I add red and green peppers. I add a big can of crushed tomatoes and if i add another can of beans some small cans of tomato sauce. I add crushed red pepper flakes into the oil to make it spicier and i also add jalepenos. I like adding worstershire (sp?) sauce to my ground turkey for some flavor.
