NO YOLKS® Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2015
This was very good. I had some very good dried mushrooms that I rehydrated with red wine and beef broth. I added some of the liquid from the mushrooms into the beef broth. Excellent! I love the NoYolk Noodles. Their texture was perfect.

Chocolate Mint Crinkle Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2014
I loved the chocolate mint flavors in this cookie. Easy to make too. Just be sure to chill the dough long enough. I froze half the dough balls to serve some on my Christmas cookie platter.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2014
These were so easy to make and they tasted great. My grandson and my husband couldn't get enough of them. Though my husband didn't taste the peanut butter until I told him it had peanut butter in them. I liked baking with the Parchment paper. It made it so easy to keep the cookies going with less of a mess. Love it and the cookies. Followed the recipe exactly.

Apple Cranberry Relish from Mott's®

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2014
It was ok. I tasted as I went and I liked it better before the Thyme was added. I liked the concept but I think it would be better with some Orange peel grated into it. I served it with fried Pork chops and smashed potatoes.

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2014
This was excellent! I made it as written! I made the whole 2 lbs. for my husband and me. I served it for dinner and my husband was looking for more. Very flavorful making us want more. I think if I make it for dinner next time I will make more or get larger shrimp.

Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2014
This chili was very flavorful. I had to add a jalapeno and a couple cloves of garlic and that really added that zip of heat that we like in our chili. Using PAM made clean up a breeze, too. Easy and a great recipe. I did drain the one can of chili beans and glad I did or it would have been too soupy. It made my whole house smell good. Plus it was even better for lunch the next day.

Thai Chicken Curry with Pineapple

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2014
We loved it. But I made some modifications so 5 stars with the changes. I used a bit more Green curry paste and added some onion, Serrano chili, garlic, Cilantro & Thai basil. We like it hot and I love the fresh herbs which I have in my garden, so I just had to use them. Great base recipe and will be using this one again. Tasted just like I used to get at my favorite Thai Restaurant in Los Angeles area. Yum!

Seared Scallops with Jalapeno Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2014
I made these the other day and we loved them. Made as written except I added some Thai basil because I have too much of it growing in garden. It added a nice flavor to the dish. I will make these again soon. Definitely a keeper here. Thanks Chef John!

Grilled Chipotle Skirt Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2014
This was very good. I added a bit of Sazon and it made the flavors really come together. I also added cilantro and a jalapeno. It was really good. I used a skirt steak. I marinated it with my vacuum sealer all day and the flavors really penetrated and were perfect.

Pork Carnitas

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2014
This was very good though I did cut back on the salt. I also added a jalapeno and Cilantro since I had some growing in the garden. Once it was done and shredded it I skimmed some of the fat off the reserved liquid and put it in a fry pan and tossed the meat into it to get crispy. Oh my that was so good.

Mexican Corn on the Cob (Elote)

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2014
I love this recipe. Though I leave the husks on and just remove the silk. I soak it in a bag of water for an hour or so and then I put the whole thing on the grill to cook. Sweet and juicy!

This was good for using a jarred sauce. I gave this tray to my daughter and her family and they really enjoyed it. I pre-boiled my lasagna, added garlic and some Italian seasoning to the ricotta cheese. Delicious!

I really enjoyed this but I had to make a few additions as my husband doesn't like jarred sauces. I added some garlic, red pepper flakes and some Italian sausage. We really enjoyed this and using a jarred sauce sure made it easier. Very good.

Strawberry Trifle

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2014
I love this and made it for the 4th of July. I used a red and blue colored Red Velvet cake and I added some blue berries to achieve the colors that I wanted. I also used a star cookie cutter to make stars out of the cake. Everyone loved it.
