2 lb Ground Chuck

2 TBS Granulated Garlic

1 pkg Lawry's Taco Seasoning

2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Mushroom soup

8 oz Pace Picante Sauce  (we prefer hot)

8 oz Sour Cream

2 lb bag Ore Ida frozen Onion Tater Tots

3 cups Shredded Cheese

16 oz can sliced black olives (optional)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Bake tater tots at 425 degrees for 28 minutes.  While tater tots are baking, brown the ground chuck and drain it.  Add garlic, taco seasoning, soup, picante sauce and sour cream and olives to browned meat.  Stir all together, and continue to warm over low flame/burner.  Once tater tots are baked to golden brown, spoon mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.  Top the mixture with tater tots.  Sprinkle shredded cheese over tater tots.  Bake in 425 oven for 10 minutes...just long enough to melt the cheese.  Great comfort food...very tasty.

Serves one mother and father, one teenage daughter, and three very hungry teenage boys
...or 8-10 reasonable eaters.
