Chicken and Brown Rice Soup
Loved this. It's the kind of recipe that allows you to play with amounts as long as you have the basics. I added 6-7 cups of broth and increased the beans to a can and also used a bag of frozen brown rice that I microwaved which then allowed me to eat the soup sooner. I went heavier on the sage and added 2 bay leaves. I wanted to take a picture to post but was too hungry. So good on a winter's night.

Chicken Jalfrezi
I made this recipe for dinner. It was amazing. After reading many of the reviews I knew there was some wiggle room on the directions. I used bone-in legs and thighs and doubled the tomatoes. Was generous with the spices (didn't double) but followed the ingredient list to the letter. Even made my own clarified butter. This dish was a huge hit with my neighbors who don't like anything out of the ordinary.

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage
I didn't have tomato sauce so I used a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes. After adding the garlic, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes, this recipe turned out great. I mean delicious.
