Bake Sale Lemon Bars
Okay so I did something that wasn't really this recipe at all. So I used the shortbread crust recipe for the crust and for the filling I used 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 heaping tsp of lemon zest, 5 eggs, 5 tbsp flour, and 1 1/4 cup white sugar. It was delicious!

Kalacs (Hungarian Cinnamon Swirl Bread)
This is a FANTASTIC recipe! I followed it nearly exactly - the changes I made were: 1) I proofed my yeast (milk+yeast+2 heaping tbsp sugar). 2) I increased the sugar amount in the dough to 1/3 cup total and the sweetness was JUST RIGHT! 3) I added 1 tsp of cinnamon to the dough itself 4) I added chopped walnuts and raisins (the walnuts added a delicious crunchiness and the raisins added some additional sweetness). Everything else was done exactly as the recipe dictates. This bread is phenomenal - mine wasn't dry at all! and I adore the thin crust and great flavor! 10 stars!

Megan's Granola
Alright ladies, I went ahead and tried out this recipe with olive oil. Still delicious! So my opinion is that if you want the added health benefit, go for it because the olive oil flavor isn't obvious AT ALL so unless you have really sensitive taste buds. I made the recipe with what I had in the house so no oat bran (doubled the wheat germ), no walnuts, no molasses, added cranberries, added chopped prunes, added raisins, added 1 TBS vanilla extract, and 1 TSP almond extract. I baked in the oven for 30 min at 300 (to dry it out) and then 12 minutes at 350 (to toast it). And don't just turn on the timer and leave: take it out every 10 minutes and give the granola a turn! Also, like another reviewer mentioned, don't be alarmed if your granola is soft after coming out of the oven ... it hardens as it cools!
