Alex's Raw Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
All I can say is wow! Super good, satisfies the sweet tooth, and it makes me happy that it is so healthful! I am using this for my son's first birthday. I am definitely impressed! This recipe had me licking the blender. Don't worry folks, it wasn't plugged in!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

FANTASTIC! Totally worth the second degree burns I accidentally received while making it. It tastes like you are dining out but you've actually made it yourself! Absolutely worth the expensive cut of meat!

Apple Yogurt Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
I have been making these pancakes for a couple years now. They are so much healthier than normal pancakes (especially if you use applesauce in place of oil) and they don't get boring after the first 3 bites either. They don't sit so heavy in the tummy and have a great taste!

I had to use soy sauce since I did not have W-sauce. Still turned out good!

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
I didn't know home made applesauce was so quick or so easy! I used Macintosh and empire apples and about half the sugar. Even so, next time I will leave out the sugar completely since macintosh/empire apples are so sweet on there own. Mine was just a bit more watery than I like, so I'll use let of that next time as well.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
WOW! My husband loves eggnog and he actually gave this recipe a "wow, that's good". Even someone here who doesn't really like eggnog enjoyed this very much. So much better than store bought! One thing to be aware of: After the 6 hours in the fridge if your eggnog has a "texture", like grainy, leaving it in the fridge hours more somehow takes care of the problem. It will be smooth and delicious.

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
Pretty awesome. My bro-in-law loves pumpkin pie and he was not dissapointed with this at all. The icecream in it really makes it unique without losing the traditionalism of the pie. The only thing I did different was cut the ice cream amount by 1/2 cup, and even then it was not the firmness I like. Next time, I'll probably cut a full cup. I measured the ice-cream when it was completely liquid but still cool. Will certainly use again and again!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
They really are delicious. I just have a hard time with the amount of butter. Certainly not healthy...is there a way to cut the butter without losing the awesome flavor.

Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
Good base recipe. I put a lot more veggies in it too, like sweet potatoes. Sadly, I didn't like it much because I used a sugar pumpkin to make the puree from. So, it was salty and sweet, which I don't like. But, I know with a different pumpkin, this soup would be fantastic! Will try again.
