Pumpkin Pancakes

These were great! Used pumpkin pie spice instead of the individual spices and used fresh pumpkin. Turned out very yummy & all 3 kiddos loved them.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Super yummy! This was a big hit in our house. Will definitely make again! Only thing I changed was adding some bell pepper and I used cans of diced & crushed tomatoes b/c that's what I had in the pantry.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I've never made homemade Mac and cheese before, but those recipe was easy & super yummy! I made it for a get-together & there wasn't any left to bring home! The kids all ate it up... I will definitely be using this recipe again. I left out the bread crumb topping (just b/c I'm not a bread crumb person) and just sprinkled shredded cheese on top instead & it was great!

Delicious cookies!!! These aren't going to last long in this house! Followed the recipe exactly & they turned out great. I made large cookies, so I cooked them the full 10 mins and they were perfect.

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

Awesome recipe!!! Only thing I did different was to use brown sugar/cinnamon mix for the middle and I cooked at 350 the entire time. Turned out perfect!! I made it yesterday & there are only a few pieces left today.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

These were SOOO yummy! My husband raved about them and I'm sure we will make these very often! Only thing I did different was to cut the garlic by half b/c it would have been way too garlicky for our taste otherwise, but other than that I followed the recipe! YUMMY!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

These were AWESOME! I didn't want to bother with doing kabobs, so I just cut the chicken into strips & grilled them. There were outstanding... very moist, juicy & everyone raved about them. Will most definitely repeat!!! Only change I made was leaving out the salt, but otherwise I followed the recipe!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Have now made this recipe twice & it has turned out PERFECT both times! I used the exact ingredients listed. Only change was that I used a 10 inch springform pan and I place a pan of water on the rack below the cake... other than that I baked it just like it said and it was absolutely wonderful! I took it to work & it was devoured. My mom asked me to make her one for a get-together she is having. I do suggest letting the ingredients sit out of the refrigerator for a while, but I didn't have time for them to get to exact room temperature. I mixed the sugar & cream cheese with my mixer, but mixed the rest of the ingredients in with a wooden spoon. Anyway, give this recipe a try... it is awesome!!

Spicy Oil and Vinegar Bread Dip

Awesome dip! Made it for a dinner party we had last night & it was a big hit!! Lots of requests for the recipe. I followed the recipe & it was SOOO yummy! I let it marinate overnight & I think that really helped everything blend together & the taste was just amazing! Thanks for a wonderful recipe! We will be repeating this one for sure.
