This is great but my gravy didn't turn out, it was really runny. It had good flavor and is excellent the next day with a little bbq sauce.
I made this recipe again but made some changes as another reviewer suggested. I added 2 cans (reduced fat and sodium) cream of mushroom, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup beef broth and 1/2 onion soup mixture. I also used sliced onions. I waited until about 1 1/2 hours until the roast was done an added the veggies, I like them with a little crunch. I used the soup mixture for gravy and made rice and buns to go with it. It was so juicy, tender and delicious!! I will defiantly keep this one! It went from a 4 star to a 5 star with these changes!
