Chocolate Chip Pancakes

This is an excellent recipe! The pancakes are light and fluffy. Perfect texture, I will definitely make these delightful pancakes again!

This dish is really good, it has lots of flavor and is best if you like some spicy heat. The raisins and apricots are tasty and definitely cook the cranberries until they pop. I think I will incorporate it in a cheese ball with crackers or vanilla wafers.

Cinnamon-Apple Chex® Mix

This snack is delicious! The only apples I had access to were a dried cranberry and spiced apples mix. The flavors blend amazingly well. We usually have muddy buddy mix at holiday gatherings while we cook and visit, this was an excellent change.

Pear Cranberry Crumble

The flavor in this dish was wonderful. I didn't prepare it correctly, and I added pecans, it was still very tasty. This is an excellent recipe to use when someone gives you a bushel of fresh picked pears. :)
