Yellow Squash Casserole
Excellent recipe. I made the recipe almost as written. I sauted the onions first and as another suggested, I cut the squash thinly instead of boiling. Otherwise, I made it just like the recipe called for. Didn't think it had to many eggs (like some suggested). I found it a great combination of flavors. I did bake mine at 350 for about 35 minutes. It came out perfect. Will keep and make this many times more. Because it had the cheese, milk eggs, etc., I made a meal of it alone. YUMMY! Thank you for the recipe.

Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms
Great recipe. Did not use the rosemary as I did not have any. I used garlic instead. Put the asparagus, mushrooms, garlic, oil, etc in a gallon size bag to mix up the ingredients and then poured out on my foil lined pan. Baked at 400 for about 15-20 minutes and they were perfect. Loved the flavor of the mushrooms and loved the easy recipe. A keeper! Easy recipe - easy clean up.

Stuffed Peppers My Way
This is a great recipe. I followed the recipe but added garlic. I chopped the tops of the bell peppers and cooked with the onions, added garlic and instead of the tomato, I added a 8 oz can of tomato sauce. Like others before me I added baby spinach (which I also heated with the onion mixture. Really enjoyed this basic recipe. You can do so much with it. I actually think it gets better the next day. YUMMY and a keeper
