Cinnamon Rolls II

This was an excellent recipe! I have never made cinnamon rolls from scratch and these turned out PERFECT. I actually used my breadmaker to make the dough, and it was beautiful dough. Next time I make these I would only make one change and that is to add an egg wash prior to baking to seal in the cinnamon and sugar that oozed out of the rolls and hardened like caramel around the edges after the rolls cooled.

Chipotle Shrimp

This recipe was okay, as is...The chipotle peppers (I used 2) would have been way too spicy had I just followed the recipe exacly (at this point it was about 3 stars). After I cooked the shrimp in the adobo/wine sauce, it was a deep red color (from the wine and peppers) - looked nothing like the photo, so I added heavy cream and sour cream to soften the flavor - turned out much better! I also stirred in some chopped cilantro and lime right before serving.

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

I steamed the carrots to soften them up and it was really delicious! I used butter instead of olive oil and dark brown sugar. Will definitely make again!

Spicy Bean Salsa

This recipe was wonderful! I took this recipe to a party where everyone was asked to bring an appetizer and there was nothing else like it. A nice change from Spinach dips and Tomato Salsa dips. Quite the rave! I took some people's advice from the reviews and added cumin and cilantro! Wouldn't have tasted the same without it!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This was a very easy to make, quick and delicioius recipe! I accidentally bought marinated artichokes, so I only used 1/2 the amount of artichokes required in the recipe. It still turned out great and I received a lot of compliments on my dip. Will definitely make again!

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

This chicken turned out great! It cooked very quickly and turned out quite juicy. I like a lot of flavor in my food, so I marinated the chicken for a little bit with lime and salt and I also added 1 tsp. of dried cilantro, because I love it so. I will definitely make it again!
