Gravy Stuffing Chicken Bake

This was a great recipe. I did not use pre-cooked chicken and just increased the baking time to 45 minutes. I also added peas and mushrooms to the mix. Great meal for a cold, snowy night.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

This soup was delicious. I used two pounds of sausage, one sweet and one hot. I think next time I will use more diced tomatoes because I was a little short on broth, possibly because of the extra sausage. Also, this soup has an unbelieveable aroma when it was simmering. My family asked me what I was making because it smelled so good when they came home.

German Apple Cake I

This cake has become an instant family favorite. I could not believe how moist this cake was. The semi crunchy top was a welcome surprise. This cake is a keeper.
