Sweet Potato Pie I

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2013
I made this following the recipe exactly. The pie set perfectly, and tasted amazing. I might reduce the sugar to 3/4 next time, because it is sweeeeeet. But that won't stop me from finishing this one!

Maple Salmon

Followed the recipie exactly. This was delicious, and super, amazingly easy. It wasn't overly sweet, but it gave the salmon a nice flavor. Will certainly make again!!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
Vary good and easy to make, but a bit bland. Next time I'm going to add a bay leaf at the beginning. Also, I added peas and a bag of frozen stew veggies, and they came out great. One can of biscuits was plenty, and they came out perfectly. Will definately make again!

Monkey Bread I

It was really tasty, but the center wasn't fully cooked. Next time I'll bake it longer for a super easy breakfast treat.

Wonderful! Super easy and really good. Better than any other shortbread I've made. The brown sugar makes the difference.

Best Brownies

So quick and easy, but they taste like you worked for hours. I melt the butter in the microwave, making it a super easy clean-up. These are a must try.

Cold Oven Popovers

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2008
Perfect! These were SO easy and so good. I ate them plain, on their own, for dinner. I used a silicone muffin pan and greased the pan with butter, baked them for 22 minutes, and they were picture perfect. Great recipe, planning on making them again tomorrow! An addition: This is my go-to recipie for any meal. I even like them cold the next day.
