Find the right ratio of spiciness for you. Try carving out all but one of the veins for example... when you leave in too much it's almost unbearable, and if you take all the heat out it's no fun! Very important balance.

Roast with Gravy

I made this as written except that I also added salt and pepper to my buffalo roast before searing. My roast was not fully defrosted when I started searing and I put it in a crock pot on high for 5 hours and then low/warm after that and it was perfect.

Quick and Easy Brownies

Yes!! This recipe was indeed quick and easy. It was good that the instructions were brief... I made this while friends were over, and it was simple enough to focus on them and not the recipe! I added two handfuls of chocolate chips too, just to make it extra awesome! =D Thanks C. Nelson!!

Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Simple and great. I marinated mine for two nights so I rinsed the hot sauce off before coating and it was nicely spiced. The amount of cooking time was great. I halved the salt, and used only as much oil as I needed (maybe 1 cup by the end) - this recipe is a keeper!

Hard Taco Shells
