To Die For Blueberry Muffins
So great - my husband said these are the best muffins he's ever had. I incorporated some of the suggestions by using buttermilk in place of milk, brown sugar instead of white, adding a half cup more blueberries and I cooked them for 18 minutes at 400 degrees. For the topping I used a reviewer's recipe: 2/3C brown sugar, 1/4C flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 2T super soft butter. Use fork to mix. This made a double batch of topping and did not make the muffins sink! Will try this with apples and pumpkin in the fall!

Egg and Sausage Casserole
Great recipe...4 stars because I think it definitely calls for some changes. I agree it needs more eggs, 10 would probably do. I think the 4 cups of cheese was fine but I LOVE cheese. I also cooked the crescent rolls at 350 for 6 minutes before adding the egg mixture. I continued to cook it at 350 for 20 minutes then lowered it to 325 for another 20. I would like to try this with bacon or ham. Tasted even better the next day!
