Valentino's Pizza Crust
I will definitely be using the recipe again! I was so surprised how good it turned out. I did not think it would with how easy the directions were! It was pretty sticky, therefore it was too hard to get onto the stone that was already in the oven preheating. With my first pizza I slipped it onto the stone once the crust crisped up and cooked it the rest of the way on the stone. My second one I cooked the whole way on the pizza pan (on top of the stone) and the first one (on the stone) browned up better. Both were delicious. Super easy and super fast! Thanks for a great recipe, Jody!

Beef Pot Roast
Definitely added to my favorites. This was the best roast I have ever made. I made it in a cast iron dutch oven and followed the instructions EXACTLY and it was PERFECT! Do not change a thing. The roast was tender and juicy. The searing, which was super easy, made it look beautiful. And my favorite part of the whole thing was the gravy that the roast made in the bottom of the pan....OMG, it was delicious. I can't stop eating it. It reminds of this barvarion onion soup that I get at this German restuarant. Yumm. Thanks for posting, Teresa. And if you are considering making.....Do it! You will not regret it!

Joey's Bread Pudding
This was a very good recipe. It made a lot. I used some stale sourdough bread. I did the recipe just as, except I boiled the raisins for about 10 minutes in water, vanilla, and cinnamon. My husbad loved it, too. The only change I would like, is it be a little more syrup-y (is that a word? lol). Thanks for posting!
