These were super easy and wicked good! However, I did make a few changes. I prefer a graham cracker crust, so I used the Graham Cracker Crust I recipe from this site. This turned out really well, I actually ended up making WAY too much crust, so I'm going to be making more of these today to send with my husband to work! Another change I made was the topping, I used the Supreme Strawberry Topping from this site instead of using the cherry pie filling. NOTE: This recipe should say to use SOFTENED cream cheese. While this may seem obvious to most, I am just beginning to learn how to bake and am quite clueless. It was next to impossible to beat all the lumps out of my batter. Regardless of that, I got rave reviews from my husband and friends.
