too good for words! This was the best selling item at my work's cake auction. However, I did have to bake it for almost 90 minutes. It did turn out fantastic!

Great dish! I subbed in spinach for edamame. Although the serving size is way off. The recipe says it's for 4 servings, I would say 8 is more accurate.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

This recipe is on the back of the Knor vegetable mix package, but it is a winner! I actually put a lot less miracle whip (about 1/4 cup instead of a cup of mayo) and used a little less sour cream. This was veggie heavy but that's the way I like it.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Delicious! Before I put the cheese on the chicken, I seasoned it with garlic pepper, pepper, old bay and salt. Everything else was the same. Yummy!

Apple Crumb Pie

This was my first pie and it was sooo easy. It took about 10 minutes of prep before putting it into the oven. After trying this, I don't know why anyone would buy a frozen Sara Lee dutch apple pie. This so so much better!
