This is a wonderful recipe. My roomate, who does not particularly like fish, kept telling me how much she liked it and said I could make this any time!
I did not have celery salt or basil. Instead, added two cloves of crushed garlic and a bit of garlic salt, as well as two teaspoons of dried Italian seasing. I also did not have plain parmesan so used a four cheese Italian blend. Followed another reviewer's advice and added bread brumbs to the mixture after the original mixture started to slide from the hot fish. This is a keeper!
