Yummy turkey dinners, fillet mignon medalions with mushroom gravy containing ice cream (sounds wierd but the best tasting).

making cookies and brownies together that meshed as one. They were still the yummiest thing and now we call them brookies (brownie and cookie together).

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Made this for book club ladies and what a hit. I was begged for the recipe not only because it was so moist and chocolatey but the icing I added. It is a coffee, cocoa & kahlua icing which gave it even more flavor. Add 2 tblspns butter, softened, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar to a bowl. Heat 3 tblspns water and add to 1 tblspn granulated coffee, 1 tblspn cocoa. Pour into bowl then add 2 tblspns kahlua and mix. If too thin, add more powdered sugar, if too thick add dash water or kahlua. I also added large Girhadelli chocolate chips. This is a keeper for sure. Next time I might try strawberry icing. Thanks for a terrific recipe.

Steff's Shepherd Pie
We had this for dinner and although I skipped the cream of mushroom soup (family not casserole fans with soup added), didn't add the green beans. I added 2 cans of rotelle tomatoes with green chillies as I had about 2lbs beef. Added garlic to the beef cooking and then again in the dish as well as onion. Placed the meat in 9x11 dish and added cheese to the meat then topped with freshly made (4 potatoes) mashed potatoes and then covered in cheese. Only cooked for 20 mins as all items were already cooked and just needed a little heating to melt the cheese. This was just delicious. We had our green beans on the side. Thanks for the recipe.

Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce
Added 1/2 cup heavy cream instead of 1/2 & 1/2, 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes and at end threw in about 1/2 cup sliced/cubed motzarella cheese chunks.
