Tuna Noodle Casserole IV

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
This turned out not bad for throwing together just what I had into it. I used no yolk noodles instead of macaroni, two cans of tuna, and since I didn't have crutons, I toasted bread, and then crumbled it up with some butter and spices, and I also added some peas. It did come out a bit dry, but I think that was my fault. My roommates ate it up!

Chai Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2009
This one actually turned out pretty good for me, except the batch was so small (only 8!). Because of everyone saying that they were too moist, I didn't add all of the milk mixture, just until the texture was smooth but not too liquidy. If I make this again I will most likely double the recipe. My boyfriend who doesn't like chai loved them, but he said they didn't really taste like chai (I never got to frost them!). If I make again, I will definitely double the recipe. Definitely worth making though!

Blender White Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2009
I really like how this bread turned out, and it was super easy. A bit dense, but a little while after making it I got sick with the flu, and this makes great toast and was very easy to keep down. All the other recipes I found require a bread maker, which I don't have, so I was very happy to find such a easy recipe that doesn't require a bread maker. Definitely going to start using this bread instead of buying store made bread.

Bev's Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
I did it the same as the original recipe, and while good, not really very orange-y. My roommates said it was similar to teriyaki. If i wanted more orange I would probably use more orange juice, or even concentrate, and then some extra orange zest or something of the like. Still a very good recipe for something so simple

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
I cooked some of these for the holidays this year and they turned out great! I did use some vanilla extract and some extra orange zest. And it didn't make 48, closer to 30. and it doesn't really require the icing. Still a very good cookie!
