Peanut Butter Balls (Power Balls)
so simple, fast, and delicious! this is the peanut butter ball recipe my mom used to make as well (though, we never thought to put chocolate chips in the mix - DUH!) i love the consistency. perhaps i made the balls more like 2 tablespoon scoops, but the recipe only yielded 11 power balls for me. i used poplar honey instead of clover, and i think they would've tasted better with regular ol' clover honey. brings back childhood memories!

Chicken and Stuffing Skillet
i made a few modifications: i chopped up some portabella slices and added them to the butter before adding the chicken; i cut up the chicken into pieces to try to cut down on cooking time, but i don't think it made a difference; i used heavy cream and cream of chicken soup; and i omitted cheese. the result was creamy (not too liquidy), flavorful dish! not sure how often i'll make it since my kids don't trust anything that resembles a casserole, but i thought it was tasty!

Slow Cooker Pizza
I'm giving this 4 stars because the cheese did not get melty in the slow cooker like it would on a pizza. The flavors were wonderful! As another reviewer suggests, next time I'll layer the items in a baking dish and bake it so the cheese gets gooey. Also, per other reviews, I used mild Italian sausage instead of ground beef and I used a large jar of pasta sauce instead of pizza sauce and tomato soup. I made it for an office potluck, and many people had seconds. I will definitely make this again!
