I made this a little different, but not to take away from the recipe. I chopped sun dried tomatoes up and put them in at the same time I put the onion and garlic in. I, like others used canned diced tomatoes pre-seasoned in the can with garlic and olive oil. I did add a small can of sliced black olives also. They didn't have any marinated artichoke hearts at the store which irritated me so I had to stick with plain & canned when I prefer the ones in the jar. It still turned out great. The other reviewers mentioning it being dry was also a problem with me. Not so much when we sat down to eat, it was delish, but I knew pasta really soaks up juices and that sending it with my husband the next day for lunch could be a let down so after dinner I added another can of diced tomatoes, a bit more olive oil and a small can of tomato sauce..(heating it back up to blend well) I taste tested it and it was better. I saved this recipe and will at least have it once a month. Thank you
