Never Fail Pie Crust II
Great pie crust. I used it for a chicken pot pie and only made an 8x8 so I had some dough left over. I used it to make mini apple pies in my muffin tin. Great thing is you don't need much of a recipe for that because you just make as many as the dough will stretch or only do 2 or 3 at a time and freeze the rest of the dough either rolled out in small discs and put between wax paper or just in a ball. I do this a lot and send the mini pies with my husband for work in his lunch. Thank you for such an easy pie crust.

Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes
I fed several people on these but of course had to more than double the recipe in order to do so. The only change I made was I left the skins on the potatoes. Scrubbed them really good with my veggie and fruit wash, chopped them up to boil just like normal and I used my hand held electric mixer to blend them. They were a huge hit. I served them with chicken cordon bleu, the sweet rolls from this site and asparagus. Topped the meal off with the berry shortbread dreams cookies from this site also. All were wonderful and well worth the work!

Cola Sauce Chicken
I have heard several people say "you should cook chicken in cola! It makes it so good!" I had some chicken breasts and needed an idea, saw this and thought...ok. A previous reviewer didn't like it at all saying it was way too sweet b/c of the cola. I wondered if she had used regular. I had a diet and thought well maybe it won't be as sweet. I am not a picky eater but I found out tonight I don't like my chicken sweet unless it is a typical chinese dish. All a matter of preference of course. This is not a bad recipe. The flavor was very good, just too sweet for my liking. I won't make it again but finally my curiosity involving the cola is satisfied :D
