Cherry Pork Chops

Not much flavor going on. I salted the pork chops. It is definitely missing something. I couldn't continue eating. I will not make this again. I was really excited about this recipe too because it was so easy. :(

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

For some reason I wasn't really impressed. It seems like this recipe needs to be tweaked a little to be satisfying. I did add the chicken broth as others suggested and some mixed vegetables but something was missing...? I MIGHT give it another try.

Sausage Applesauce Appetizer

This was a really easy fast recipe. I love the fact that there are only 4 ingredients. I sauteed the onions before I added them and used hot Italian Sausage. The combination of Hot from the Sausage and the sweet from the brown sugar and applesauce really goes well together. Will definitely make this again in a pinch. Thanks! =D
