3-Cheese Pasta Bake

Absolutely delicious! I chopped up some thick cut bacon and mixed it into the dish, and then topped it with cornflake crumbs before putting it in the oven. It was hard to stop eating it!

You have to try this recipe! It was easy, and delicious! I thought the cornbread-like crust would be a weird combination with the -tex mex flavors in the dish, but it was great!

My husband is a HUGE fan of Shepherd's Pie, and I have never made it before, so I was really excited to make this. It was a big hit! We both loved it, and it was so easy! I absolutely recommend this recipe.
