Sizzling Southwest Burgers

LOVED these! I served it with the Southwest roasted corn salad, YUM! We put jalapenos on the burgers too. I used regular jack cheese for the kids, pepperjack is too spicy

Southwestern Roasted Corn Salad

This is a GREAT recipe, however my family does not like cilantro that much so they hated it. If you like cilantro you will love this!!!!

Chili I

This is the BEST Chili I have ever made!!! I did add ground sausage too. My whole family likes it. The kids add sour cream to their bowl to cool it down a bit.
