Banana Sour Cream Bread

Great banana bread. We followed it pretty much to the letter, but made only two big loaves (so upped the temperature to 325F and baked 1 hour and 10 minuts) Was lovely!

This is the first review I've given. It's a great recipie and It's wonderful. I added the vanilla (but I love vanilla and that could be the reason). I live in europe and it's wonderful to find a great recipie for great American pancakes. Also it's wonderful that the recipie doesn't call for buttermilk because I can make them any time I want without having to go to the store.

Apple Cream Coffee Cake

Tried this and was so happy that I did. My Boyfriend loved it and I will certainly make it again. It was fluffy and moist with a crunchy top. I added a wee bit of brown sugar and two extra apples. But otherwise just follow the directions and it will turn out fantastic!
